As a premier small batch roaster, Willow Glen Coffee Roasting Company works with you to create the coffee you require. A cupping of our coffee is the first step. Although we are proud of our tradition of dark coffees, we have developed several special blends for our wholesale customers. This level of customization and our dedication to individualized service is sometimes difficult for larger roasters to achieve due to economies of scale. Our production capability enables smaller batches of coffee to be produced and sampled, in less time, until the correct bean selection and roasting level is achieved. Since batches are small, roasting time is decreased and we are more quickly able to achieve the results you require.

Since we are local to San Jose, area customers benefit from near-immediate delivery of fresh-roasted coffee. It's like having a coffee roaster right on your premises! Some of our customers even insist on receiving their coffee in the very storage buckets that we utilize on the production floor in order to deliver optimal freshness. Most of our customers, however, receive their coffee in 1-lb or 5-lb bags; other sizes are available as well.

We do not package our coffee until it is ordered for optimal freshness. And we deliver locally within 48 hours of ordering -- a difference your customers can taste!

We start by selecting the right type of bean for your needs and roasting to the correct extent, providing your desired blend of aroma, body, and flavor.

Willow Glen Coffee Roasting Company also offers excellent house blends and single-origin coffees, ready-to-deliver, ranging from our morning Full-City Roast New Guinea (light body, medium flavor, great aroma, which packs a punch with its high caffeine content) to our medium house blends -- "Willow Glen" and "Madame," combining the finest of New Guinea, Sumatra, and Costa Rican beans, roasted to aromatic perfection.

On the darker and full-bodied side, we offer the "Minnesota Avenue Dark," "Colors and Continents," and "Espresso" blends. These blends are all fully roasted without  over-roasting.

Our combination of roast timing and bean selection provides nutty and chocolatey espresso and full-body blends that enhance most meals and flavorful desserts, or can be savored alone.

We are constantly innovating. Our incumbent blends and mainstay single-origin offerings have withstood the test of time. Despite new coffeehouse trends to move our palates to lighter, less familiar blends, many of us still prefer full-bodied coffee at its best.

Willow Glen Coffee Roasting Company has been successfully offering superior roasts for two decades. We continue to expand our offerings of robust, balanced and flavorful extrapolations to include more complex roasts. Such roasts showcase the full range of the beans' characteristics, resulting in a more even body and less roasting intensity which yields more pronounced complexity.

Organic and Fair Trade coffees are also available. This growing segment of our portfolio incorporates several South American selections as well as one of our staples: the Sumatra.
