Willow Glen Coffee Roasting Company offers top-shelf specialty coffee from around the world. We start with the highest quality beans, then roast them to perfection right here in the cafe -- every day! Often, the scent of roasting coffee beans wafts down Lincoln Avenue, which means you're getting the freshest coffee whether you drink it in the cafe or take it home to enjoy!
Most of our coffee is roasted medium/dark to French, but we have a growing list of medium roasts. No matter which roast you select, it will always be fresh and flavorful.
Our African & Indonesian offerings currently include Sumatra, New Guinea, and Kenya, with more to come. We roast these beans to various profiles that enable us to serve them on their own, so their full body and aroma can be enjoyed from the first sip.
Our South American offerings include top-grade beans from Mexico, Brazil, Costa Rica, Peru, and Colombia, with more to come. These origins offer both blending coffees and coffees that stand rightly on their own. Roasted from light to dark, these beans offer distinctive character, balance and body.

Single-origin coffee beans come from the same geographical location, whether a specific farm, region, or country. In terms of flavor, body, and acidity, our current single-origin offering is as follows:
Large size Colombian Supremo beans of the finest quality provide a rich, full-bodied coffee with light acidity and a mild, almost sweet, taste.
Balanced, rich, and bright with a kick of caffeine. A great morning coffee!
Deep, well-balanced and slightly earthy with a sweet, acidic flavor, a mild, medium body, and delightful fruity undertones.
This gourmet coffee has a thick and syrupy, chocolaty feel with a rich, brown sugar taste, low in acidity with a slight black pepper finish. It is widely known for its full-bodied texture, mild earthy notes, and deep-toned coffee aroma.
Light and earthy, fairly mild in acidity, the Costa Rican bean is one of the most popular coffee beans on the market.
Large AA beans from Northeast Africa produce a snappy, bold-bodied, light acidic coffee with a rich, earthy flavor and a mild and dry aftertaste.
Medium in body, similar to Kenya, Tanzanian Peaberry is bright and flavorful. It's clean-tasting, brightly acidic, and fruity, with wine-like overtones in the cup. We roast it a shade darker than our typical roasting to complement the fresh aroma which gives this coffee its fruity bouquet.
This flavorful coffee is mildly acidic with a clean light-to-medium body. With an inviting aroma and flavorful body, it will delight you with its slightly sweet, nutty finish with no lingering aftertaste.
Mild, light-bodied coffee with delicate flavors and a hint of chocolate.
Strictly Hard Bean (SHB), high-grown coffees are durable and can be roasted from light to dark. Lighter roasts will be characterized by pronounced acidity and delicate wine notes. Darker roasts produce a rich, dark flavor that remains vibrant on its own or within a blend.

For the past twenty years, we have been evolving and perfecting our house blends, expanding their appreciation throughout Silicon Valley. Our blends include:
Indonesian beans blend with light South American beans to provide body, aroma, flavor and a kick.
A bold, dark, earthy blend with a unique taste and surprising balance and body.
Local residents rave about the essence of this, our most popular blend. Crafted to be smooth, solid, and well-balanced, with its own unmistakable character.
This multi-continent blend is roasted to three different shades. The special combination of bean varietals and roasting shades provides a bold, balanced cup of coffee with interesting complexity.
Bright and lighter than the blends above, Madame has a unique flavor profile and body. If you like a dark blend with mild acidity, some earthiness, but less weight, this blend will command your attention.

Our flavored coffees start with a medium-roasted and delightfully medium- to light-bodied bean, to which we add natural oils to create over a dozen memorable and delectable flavors that perfectly enhance our fine coffee. These are not your run-of-the-mill flavored coffees!

Our decaffeinated coffees combine South American and African characteristics. Roasted light, medium, or dark, the beans offer full body, earthiness, and acidity balance that produce a superb coffee drinking experience through a Swiss Water process.
